We are a team of professional educators and experienced team building facilitators dedicated to promoting the establishment and growth of safe, healthy, and productive communities and organizations.
 

We work with members of organizations and communities committed to positive values and continuous improvement to facilitate the development of essential skills and attitudes that enable them to be active contributors to high performing, successful organizations and safe, healthy communities.

 

What We Do and How We Do It 
 

We promote team and leadership development by focusing on effective communication, respectful collaboration, responsibility, trust, relationship and character building. We encourage participants to see challenges as opportunities for innovative problem solving using critical thinking skills, creativity and cognitive flexibility.

 

In an Educational Setting: our facilitators help to empower students, faculty, staff and school administrators to cultivate and advance positive, healthy school cultures. During a sequence of interactive small and large group activities, participants will develop, utilize and actively reflect on the skills and strategies they experience.

In an Organizational Setting: our facilitators help empower members to cultivate and advance the mission and values of the organization in order to be successful in reaching their goals. During a sequence of interactive small and large group activities, participants will develop, utilize and actively reflect on the skills and strategies they experience in order to contribute to the success of the organization.  

 

All of our programs are custom built to reflect the needs of the group and include a free consultation prior to booking to assess the groups' goals and establish a basic framework for the program design.
